Leading Chief of VW-11 Electrical Division. I was in charge of 125 Electricians; 25 of whom were Chiefs. I had 3 Shifts going, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Plus assignment of flight crew Electricians, fo all Barrier Flights.
